Customers now are completly computer with the younger generation When did you launch your first website, and what was it? mainstreetlocksmith.com 2004 How did you decide on a name for your website? We are a locksmith Service on Mainstreet in Apopka Florida What makes it different from other, similar offerings? We are a legitamate locksmith service in this area we are having major issues with locksmith scammers. What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) Build another location in the near future How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? 100% with the advertising that we do If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? Larger location we have out grown this building in 2 years If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? We have 10 vans on 24 hour call if need be i would purchase more to meet demands What has been your biggest challenge? Hiring dependable and locksmith knowledge staff What method has been most successful for promoting your website? word of mouth and repeat customers and local advertising How has running your website differed from your expectations? None How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
