It has always been a hot issue in any country to give out a clear definition of what kind of activities disturb public security. For one, what should be prioritized: public security or a human's right to privacy?

Wiretapping has been an issue in the limelight not only in the United States but around the world as well. Shall we trade personal privacy for national security or a mere mention of it?
