Court orders deletion of DNA sample taken from innocent people

By Website Introductions at 12/16/08 21:54

Since the dawn of getting biometric data, DNA samples and fingerprints have been taken from innocent people and stored in police databases. The police force claims that storing these data is important in crime solving, but human rights groups said that this violates our human rights.

Now the court has spoken. All DNA and fingerprint data in some areas in Europe will be deleted. According to it, this "stigmatizes" humans.
