To grom the agency.

New equipment; night-vision equipment.

Hire other experienced PI's

Yellow pages...they're very expensive, and require a yearly commitment.

Links

It hasn't..except that it requires constant attention

About 8 years...roughly.
What would you do if the internet suddenly disappeared, and websites didn't exist anymore?
I'd spend a lot of time on the phone, marketing. I'd have a bigger yellow pages ad...and television advertisements
