Why do students go to a university? Well the answer is obviously to study and get education. But what is the students start using the internet facility in the university to visit useless sites. The University of Rice found a solution by setting up a proxy server so that students can only visit controlled sites via their proxy server, including online journals, databases and other academic stuff
