How could cars left on the yellow lines affect anyone? The Bromley Council in the United Kingdom definitely thinks differently.

And spying on CCTV cameras is surely their way of catching these 'violators'. Do you think CCTV spying does good to anybody? Well, probably in some cases, but in this case, uhh.
