Over the NSA's warrant less wiretapping program, there has been many a major debate over the course of the past three years or so.
Beginning just shortly after September eleventh, the surveillance of communications between Americans with people outside of the country is what this program is involved in.
In December two thousand and five, the program was first brought to public light. It was also the subject of legislation in the year two thousand and seven as well as in the following year, two thousand and eight.
