(To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?) to continue to expand our company and eventually reach every area of the nation. to provide quality service to all How does your investment of time and money balance against your success? it doesn't, the harder you work and the more time and investments you make into your business will eventually profit and help the business If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site? we wouldn't so much. you must continue to stay in the green and keep your profits above losses, whether it's your money or someone else's. If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand? yes. What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with? none. What has been your biggest challenge? to reach commercial businesses and begin installation of cctv and high security systems. What method has been most successful for promoting your website? yellow pages ads How has running your website differed from your expectations? there are a lot of individual keys to a successful website, directory listings, google listings, site popularity. How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity? it will eventually become very popular, you cannot look at something as a failure when you have yet to see it fail. otherwise you are just waiting for a catastrophe. you must envision your goals and do everything you can to achieve them. will you ever give up on web advertising?
