Two years ago, a Greek wiretapping scandal hit headlines when it was discovered. The wiretapping incident intercepted mobile phone conversations, which are not exactly too difficult to do, given the right equipments.

Let us go back in time and revisit this old news--and ask, what happened since then? Were the perpetrators persecuted?

Public vs Private

It has always been a hot issue in any country to give out a clear definition of what kind of activities disturb public security.
